Our heritage home has an indoor space of approximately 2,000 sqft which includes restrooms and cosy seatings. We also over 2,000 sqft of open garden space, It’s intimate, charming, and feels like home — just with a little more magic.
All bookings enjoy private access to the entire estate — the colonial home, garden, indoor playground, toys, ride-ons, and amenities. We also provide tables, chairs, air-conditioning, private toilets (one accessible / wheelchair friendly). There are some areas which are out of bounds- these are marked and meant for staff access and usage only. For your own safety and experience, Kindly refrain from entering these marked areas
We can accomodate up to 120 guests at any one time (including children) For Indoor-only setups, we recommend planning for 80–100 guests comfortably depending on your layout.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and decorations. If you’re planning something more elaborate, let us know and we’ll advise based on the space layout. All live stations or set ups must be pre-approved before the actual day due to fire and safety concerns
Absolutely. We’ve intentionally designed Keepers Cove with little ones in mind — from the indoor soft play to curated Montessori toys, and outdoor ride-ons. That said, active supervision is still required, especially around garden edges and drains.
Yes — we’d love to show you around. Viewings are strictly by appointment only.
Kindly refrain from from dropping by unexpectedly or especially if the venue is occupied by other guests.
No. The space is handed over clean and in working condition. You’ll be responsible for guest safety, conduct, and clean-up unless otherwise arranged for
Keepers Cove is a shoes-off space. The floors are cleaned and wiped and often for little hands and feet to roam the halls. Please speak with us if you'd like to have guests wear shoes in (eg for weddings or corporate events) for us to adjust and arrange a pre & post booking cleaning respectively.
Keepers Cove was created with families and meaningful gatherings in mind.
If you're planning a ticketed event, fair, or live performance, please reach out to us first — these setups often require permits, additional approvals, and a different approach to space usage.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that don’t align with the heart and intention of this space.
