Admission & Tickets

Q. What’s included in a Play Pass?
A Play Pass gives your child full access to all Halloween activities.

Q. Can I add on a Child Play Pass or an Accompanying Adult ticket on the day itself?

Yes, you can, but passes added on the day will be charged at walk-in prices and are subject to availability.

Q. Can we re-enter?

Yes, re-entry is allowed during event hours as long as you keep your entry sticker with you.

​

Q: Is there a limit to how many kids can join?
Yes, for safety and comfort, each session has a limited number of spots. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. I’m an adult just wanting to check out the space, must I purchase a playpass? 
Sorry, Play Passes are only for accompanying adults of children aged 12 and below.

Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book?
Bookings can be made online. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to capacity and availability

Q. What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via PayNow or credit card.

 

Q. Is the fee the same for all activities, or do some cost extra?

The Play Pass fee covers all included activities. Optional add-ons or merchandise are priced separately.

 

Q. What if my child only plays for a short time,  is there a half-hour rate?

No, all Play Passes provide full-access for the entire session.

 

Q. Is the ticket refundable if we can’t attend?

No, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Safety & Guardians

Q. Do kids need to be accompanied?
Yes, all children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Q. Do we need socks?
Yes, anti-slip socks are required for anyone entering the indoor play area.

​

Q. Are costumes required?
Costumes are not required, but children who come dressed up will receive a little special gift.

​

Q. Can we bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome in the garden and verandah areas, but they are not allowed indoors.

​

Q. Can we wear shoes inside?

No, Keepers Cove is a shoes-off space. Our floors are regularly cleaned and kept safe for little hands and feet to explore comfortably.

Q: Are the activities supervised?

Our team will oversee the play zones, but parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.

 

Q. What happens if it rains?

 Indoor play options will remain available. Outdoor activities may be paused or adjusted for safety.

 

Q. Will there be staff guiding the play, or is it free play?

Staff are on-site to supervise and assist where needed, but play is generally free-roam for children to explore safely.

 

Q. What happens if my child is scared and doesn’t want to play?

We understand that some children might feel shy or nervous. Play passes are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to stay and let your child explore at their own pace. Many children join in once they see others playing.

Facilities & Comforts

Q. Is there a place for parents to sit or relax?

Yes, we have a dedicated nursing area and a quiet corner for parents to rest.

​

Q. Is the venue stroller-friendly?
Yes, the venue is stroller-friendly and has a ramp on-site for easy access

​

Q. Is parking available nearby?
Yes, the nearest carpark is Car Park C at [10 Hamilton Place, Singapore 799636].

​

Q. Are toilets and changing facilities available?

Yes, toilets and baby-changing facilities are available on-site.

Food & Drinks

Q. Can we bring our own food?
Yes, outside food is welcome. Please enjoy all food and drinks in the designated eating areas. To keep the environment comfortable for everyone, food with strong odors, such as durian, is not allowed.

Q. Are alcoholic drinks allowed?
No, alcoholic drinks are not permitted.

​

Q. Do you sell food or drinks at the event?

Yes, F&B will be available for purchase on-site by our partner vendors.
